Jerry has over 30 years of experience as an operator, owner and developer of Seniors Housing. He was a founding partner and CEO of Pathway to Living. Over his career he has developed over 2500 units of Seniors Housing. Pathway operated over 3,800 units of seniors housing & assisted living residences throughout the Midwest and Southeast. As CEO, Jerry was responsible for guiding the company’s growth and investment strategies.

Mr. Finis is a board member of the Affordable Assisted Living Coalition and sats on the Executive Board of the American Seniors Housing Association and Government Affairs Roundtable of Argentum. 

Jerry earned a Masters in Management Degree (MBA) from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management, majoring in both Real Estate and Finance.
