Mr. French is the founder of French Commercial Realty (“FCR”), a full service brokerage and advisory firm. FCR offers a variety of fee based and brokerage based services including both tenant representative and owner based representation. Mr. French specializes in industrial/distribution and office product, land and investment sales throughout Chicago and the Midwest.

Prior to forming French Commercial Realty, Mr. French was affiliated with a number of development companies including HSA, Inc., as Vice President with responsibilities for development and sales of business park land and Robert Sheridan & Partners as Marketing and Asset Management Director. Mr. French started his real estate career with Trammell Crow Company as a Marketing Representative.

Mr. French holds a BS degree in Engineering from the University of Michigan and a Master of Management degree from the Kellogg School at Northwestern University. He maintains a CCIM designation, is a licensed Illinois Real Estate Broker, is involved with NAIOP and has served as President for the Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers.
