2011 REIA ANNUAL SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

Patron Sponsor Level Benefits $3,000:

  • Sponsor name will be prominently featured at every event, including the sponsor logo presentation during each program as well as the “sponsor table tents” on each attendee table.
  • All Patron Level Sponsors will be listed on all REIA event flyers (emailed two times monthly prior to each event to the REIA distribution list of 2,600+ professionals).
  • All Patron Level Sponsors will be listed on the REIA Summit marketing materials.
  • Patron Level Sponsors will be displayed on the “Patrons” page of the REIA web site, linked to the Home Page, with a “hot-link” to your company web site.
  • All Patron Level Sponsors are entitled to three complimentary individual annual REIA memberships.  Each of these complimentary members is entitled to free admission to each REIA Breakfast meeting, Cocktail Parties, Holiday Luncheon, and to the annual REIA Summit.  Patrons will receive one complimentary and two half price admissions to the Dealmakers Dinner. The total value of these complimentary benefits is $2,500, exclusive of marketing and public relations benefits.

Benefactor Sponsor Benefits $5,000:

  • Benefactor Sponsors are highly encouraged to participate in the program presentations based on the REIA Board of Directors approval.
  • Benefactors will have the opportunity to name a member to the REIA Advisory Board.
  • Sponsor name will be prominently featured at every event, including the sponsor logo presentation during each program as well as the “sponsor table tents” on each attendee table.
  • Benefactors will be prominently listed on all REIA event flyers (emailed two times monthly prior to each event to the REIA distribution list of 2,600+ professionals).
  • Benefactors will have the opportunity to display handout materials at every event throughout the year.
  • Benefactors will be prominently listed on the REIA Summit marketing materials
  • Benefactors will be featured on the REIA web site home page and events calendar throughout the calendar year, with a “hot-link” to your company web site.
  • Sponsors will be provided space for a display booth and/or to distribute promotional materials at the Summit event.
  • All Benefactors are entitled to six complimentary individual annual REIA memberships.  Each of these complimentary members is entitled to free admission to each REIA Breakfast meeting, Cocktail Parties, the Holiday Luncheon and to this year’s REIA Summit.  Benefactors will receive two complimentary and four half price admissions to the Dealmakers Dinner.  The total value of these complimentary benefits is $4,500, exclusive of marketing and public relations benefits.

Platinum Sponsor Benefits $10,000 [limit two]:

  • Platinum Level Sponsor will be an Advisory Member to the Executive Committee for the period of sponsorship and will provide influence over programming decisions for the year.
  • Platinum Level Sponsor will be allowed the opportunity to select a qualified speaker for the REIA Summit.
  • Sponsor name will be prominently featured at every event, including the sponsor logo presentation during each program as well as the “sponsor table tents” on each attendee table.
  • Platinum Level Sponsor will be prominently listed on all REIA event flyers (emailed two times monthly prior to each event to the REIA distribution list of 2,600+ professionals).
  • Platinum Level Sponsor will have the opportunity to display handout materials at the registration table for each event throughout the year.
  • Platinum Level Sponsor will be prominently listed on the REIA Summit marketing materials.
  • Platinum Level Sponsor will be featured on the REIA web site home page and events calendar throughout the calendar year, with a “hot-link” to your company web site.
  • Platinum Level Sponsor will be provided with space for a display booth and/or to distribute promotional materials at the Summit event.
  • Platinum Level Sponsor is entitled to twelve complimentary individual annual REIA memberships.  Each of these complimentary members is entitled to free admission to each REIA Breakfast meeting, Cocktail Parties, the Holiday Luncheon and to this year’s REIA Summit.  Platinum Sponsors will receive six complimentary admissions to the Dealmakers Dinner.  The total value of these complimentary benefits is $9,500, exclusive of marketing and public relations benefits.

The Real Estate Center at DePaul University

REIA was instrumental in the founding of this Chicago based real estate center and its Robert Weitzman Scholarship.  REIA has made a major commitment to provide intellectual and financial support.
