Membership entitles you to participate in all REIA eoducational and networking programs, functions and convenient website. We believe membership will provide invaluable benefits to syndicators, developers, brokers, investors, owners and other real estate experts, as well as to the professionals who assist them. Because of the nature of our organization and our special functions listed below, REIA offers many opportunities to meet other members and network regarding business possibilities

| Membership Description: | All basic benefits. Member pricing for all events. |
| Individual Member: | $160 per year for membership in REIA |
| Company Group Member: | $500 per year for a minimum of 3 individuals to a maximum of 7 persons from each individual firm. Each additional person from your firm is $50 per year |
| Emerging Leaders (Eligibility-35 or Younger): | $60 per year for membership in REIA |
| Member in transition: | $60 per year for membership in REIA |

Annual REIA/DePaul: In September, REIA and DePaul hosts an event, featuring a prominent economist’s annual macroeconomic forecast, plus panels of industry experts, discussing forecasts and trends in the industry for each major property type.
Breakfast Meetings: Meetings are held at various locations convenient to the membership with expert speakers in their fields. These meetings provide updates on the current trends in the industry and provide the opportunity for discussion of issues directly affecting our members. At various times of the year we have joint meetings with other real estate groups. Network and share the camaraderie with people in your industry.
