The Summit begins with a Macro-Economic Overview by Sam Kahan, Senior Economist, Federal Reserve Bank, Chicago District and a 2010 Tax Forecast by Jeffrey C. Rubenstein, Much Shelist. Mr. Kahan will help you gain vital insight into the national scene and what to expect locally. Our new audience participation segment Dealmaking, provides REIA members with an opportunity to discuss and pitch current deals to the Summit attendees including investors and other real estate professionals.
From our Summit Special Workout and Restructuring panel, you will hear first hand from bank workout executives what is in their portfolios and where they see opportunities for real estate investors. On our Institutional Investor panel, you will learn where the big deals are, who is doing those deals and how they are being structured.
